Frequently Asked Questions

To log in to your fletcher student email, go to fletcher.edu and click on falconnet. Click email below links. Your student email address is your LOLA username@my.fletcher.edu and your password is your LOLA password.


To add/drop classes, log onto lola and click on self-service banner. Click on student and go to the add classes tab in the top-left hand corner of the page or go to view registration details and add classes there by clicking on the add/drop box option.

Off Campus Access

Students who are currently enrolled at Fletcher Technical Community College in an on campus, distance education, or online course are eligible for library services.  To use the databases from a remote location, you must first be a registered student at Fletcher.

You will be prompted to supply a username (your Lola number) and password (your date of birth MMDDYY). Further help may be obtained by contacting the Library at via phone at 985-448-7910 or chat during library hours of operation.
