This guide is designed to assist with basic microsoft word, One Drive and Microsoft Office 365.

OneDrive

OneDrive is a cloud storage platform from Microsoft. This platform allows users to store, share and sync files across multiple devices. Documents, images, presentations and other files can be stored and then accessed from a completely different device. Fletcher students get access to One Drive through their student email and have access to 1TB (1 Terabyte) of storage.

Accessing One Drive

One drive can be accessed through your email or through Office 365.* To access One Drive through your Fletcher email, you will have to locate the One Drive Icon (the blue cloud) on the right side of your email.** Once selected, you can view your your files in general as well as the files shared across devices.

*For instructions on how to access Office 365, please see the Microsoft 365 tab in this guide.

Files saved to your One Drive automatically sync with every device you have One Drive configured on. Files in your One Drive can also be filtered. You can  filter by type (such as if it is word, excel, etc.,) or by name or person.

**A direct link to login to your e-mail can be found here. For assistance with your student e-mail please click here and then click on "LOLA, Canvas, and E-mail Logins."
